Year of the Horse

Horse people are gregarious and friendly. They have distinct speaking skills, as a result of which they are very popular and much in demand at banquets. At their worst, they talk too much, but they don't mean any harm in it. They are skillful with money and handle their finances well. They know how to make money and they know how to spend it. They are quick thinkers, wise and talented, and able to quickly adapt to sudden situations. Patience is the least of their virtues and they must try to hold their tongue in situations where they are required to wait. They are often flashy in both their clothes and their behavior. They know how to work a crowd and make natural politicians and leaders. They enjoy being where the entertainment is, the wine flows, and the crowds assemble. Although confident in their abilities, they are weak when it comes to members of the opposite sex. Foolish romantic decisions are not unknown to the Horse. Naturally independent, they tend to disregard outside advice and can fall into hidden traps as a result of depending too much on themselves. There is a time to be silent and a time to obey, and the horse people often learn hard lessons when they do not follow those rules. Their favored companions include the tiger, the sheep, and the dog.

Horses were born in the years 1906, 1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, and 2002.

From 1954, we have Ellen Barkin. Born in 1966 are Isabelle Pasco, Marta Sanchez, Valeria Golino, and the mult-talented Halle Berry, as well as Sophie Marceau, Jillian Barberie, and Salma Hayek. The year 1978 brought us Adriana Fonseca, Adriana Deville, Natalia Cigliuti, Tia Mowry, Estella Warren, Jodie Marsh, Michelle Rodriguez, Nikki Cox, Brooke Burns, and Eva Mendes, to name a few.
